JL Dearman Photography » Wedding http://jldearman.com Wed, 01 Sep 2010 05:31:47 +0000 en hourly 1 http://wordpress.org/?v=abc Ashley & Joey http://jldearman.com/2008/09/27/ashley-joey/ http://jldearman.com/2008/09/27/ashley-joey/#comments Sat, 27 Sep 2008 20:46:58 +0000 Jack http://timelessmemoriesbyjack.com/blog/?p=363 Ashley & Joey were married on Sept. 27, 2008.  Everything was set up on the front lawn for a beautiful outside ceremony….until mother nature decided to not cooperate.  Luckily, there was time to move everything into a huge outbuilding.  The rain let up early and everyone really had a good time.  Now I’m thinking….what does an early rain, with a clearing and sunshine equal later in the evening?  Fantastic sunset, of course.  So I keep sneaking outside checking the sky every so often.  Right in the middle of the reception dinner I grab Ashley and tell her I need her outside right away for a shot.  She grabbed Joey and this is what we ended up with.

Here is a nice shot of their first dance.  I wonder what they are whispering to each other?

I think part of the fun of wedding photography is always being at the right place at the right time.  In this shot Ahley’s ring bearer (son), is kinda wondering what mommy is doing.
